The ARKEOwedge system is the only system that I’ve used that checks all of the boxes. Its pillar technology and shape allows for a stable and secure fit. The open architecture makes it simple and easy to utilize a graft and promote bony incorporation. The instrumentation also makes handling and implantation of the wedge much more controllable. This system has exceeded my expectations.
